At CROSTEEL Fishing, we stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used fishing gear
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
